Kranj’s newest pizzeria opened in 2023 and makes pizzas in the Neapolitan style. The secret is in the sourdough, which is fermented for at least 48 hours.
The menu is not long and covers three sections: there are pizzas (they also make gluten-free versions and ones in which they replace the cheese with lactose-free ingredients), then other dishes (such as salads, gnudi and cannelloni), followed by deserts (in summer, this could be tiramisu or lemon semifreddo), and they also mix cocktails.
