“We’ve been making fresh pastries every morning for more than 30 years. You can choose from many flavours, from the queen of dark chocolate cakes, to yoghurt cake with blueberries. We also have classic-style custard slices, hot apple pies and much more,” explains Katja Bidovec, manager of the Randez Vous Café and Patisserie.
In this family-run patisserie with its tradition of more than 30 years, they emphasise the thought that guides them in creating their sweet treats: “In addition to carefully selecting ingredients, we are aware of the importance of preserving tradition while keeping up with current culinary trends.”
